Our Organization

Mental Health Initiative for Africans in Crisis, Incorporated (MHI International, Inc.) is a humanitarian 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded to bring psychological and psychosocial intervention to individuals in both African and developing nations who are in crisis as a result of war, conflict, extreme poverty, epidemics like HIV/AIDs, and other catastrophic situations known to cause trauma and emotional instability.
